Your privacy matters to us. Below we explain what data we collect when you send an inquiry or a booking request, and how we handle it.

What we collect
Your name, e-mail, phone (if you provide it), requested dates, number of guests and the message you send via the form. Technical: the IP address of the inquiry (to prevent abuse).
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible booking — the legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Retention
We keep inquiry data as long as needed for communication and a possible booking and to meet legal obligations; afterwards we delete or anonymize it.
Recipients
We do not sell your data. Processing is technically enabled by the platform provider (Stayrivo / Techcrowd) as a processor and by an e-mail delivery provider, solely to operate the form and notifications.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and the right to object. To exercise them, contact info@apartmani-nensi.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Croatian AZOP, azop.hr).
